The puzzle is just as pictured though the pieces are a bit thin. The service was excellent. The seller sent a separate email upon receiving my order aside from the one sent by eBay. Likewise, I again received a separate email upon shipment. The puzzle arrived in perfect condition within a few days. I also felt the price was very competitive.
