My turntable was unfortunately damaged in the shipping process so I contacted the seller and informed him of the situation and I sent him pictures he got back with me within the hour and said that he would issue a full refund on Monday so I asked him for a address to return the turntable to him and he promptly responded and said that I didn't need to return it and that he would sill give me a full refund that was on Saturday and I received a message Monday morning that my refund was already sent
