The unit did not work when received. I requested a refund and the seller immediately responded and apologized for the problem and refunded me for the item within an hour. It wasn’t the seller’s fault the item failed but I appreciate the prompt action and would definitely recommend buying from them.
The purchase went well. I can't comment on the product as it was a gift for my elderly Uncle. The packaging was very well preserved and it arrived as pictured and described. The shipping was fast and considering the age of the product I feel the price was fair.
Seller ships fast! I received the item in 3 days! Also, the item was packed with care. Works exactly as described with my Dell Latitude 5400. Don't forget to install the Dell Command Update to allow laptop to recognize the docking station. Thank you very much.
