Customer Sevice is 5 star. The canvas I ordered this frame for is warped. I reached out and asks the seller if they thought the frame would help straighten my canvas print. They responded, and asked for photos of the canvas. They said the frame would straighten the canvas as it’s not warped bad. Then reassured me if it didn’t work they refund my money. The frame is good quality and I’d do business with them again.
