This is a bright gold tone metal buckle with a very ornate floral scroll design, made by Award Design Medals. It is in pretty nice used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-7/8" x 2-7/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.7 oz.
