The description of this item was misleading. It was listed as "New/Unopened". However, when we received the item, it was clear that it had been opened and was not truly new. We were fortunate that the item is in good condition, and we plan to keep it. I would rather have known the actual history on the item when deciding to purchase. There is no damage found. The packaging and shipping were impressive and very quick.
I received what I ordered, no problem. But the condition in which I received it, was horrible. Box was wrapped in black plastic to hold box together. It was obviously a return because there are 3 places where shipping labels were cut off. Opened it up and the lid was broken while still in the plastic.
The water heater I ordered from this seller arrived in a smashed box. The heater had major damage and was absolutely totaled. The seller quickly refunded my full purchase amount and was eager to make the situation right.
