The experience was great. The seller advised they were having trouble getting this back in stock. They were really apologetic but it was not a problem as unforeseen things happen. I asked how long it would take but it was approx 3 months. They offered a full refund which was accepted and it was reimbursed by them the same day. It took 3 days to hit my bank but that is a banking issue nothing to do with the seller.
Wrong colour item received but the seller offered a partial refund of £10 which I accepted. The item I have received is perfect for my grandchildren. Sturdy and well made. The seller communication was good and I recommend them.
