Good pricing and quick shipping. Was given incorrect tracking info but was told due to shipping glitch. Was delivered the next day but inside package was smashed. Item was OK so probably damaged during shipping. Seller's communication was quick and offered resolution but I felt since the item was OK no need to return or ask for anything else. Sometimes things happen during shipping that one has no control over. Overall the seller was very willing to make things right. I would rebuy from seller.
I never received my item. But that was not the sellers fault. Ups delivered my package to the wrong place. It was delivered to a house not my po box. The seller was great. Responded very quickly. Issued me a refund & apologized for any inconvenience. I would definitely buy from them again. UPS needs to get it together
