This was an “interesting” purchase. While I firmly believe the seller shipped the item, I received an empty, unsealed package. In other words I did not receive the product. I contacted the seller and they tried to make it right by asking me to mail back the empty envelope. I decided that process is too much of a hassle for an expenditure of $16. I notified the seller of the same and purchased the item via Amazon. I am not happy I did not get the product (1st time that ever happened).
