Unfortunately, mugs were broken when package was open did not appear to be any damage to the box and very securely wrapped with bubble wrap. Not sure what happened I apologize I was a couple of weeks getting back with the pictures. I am not tech savvy and had to wait for my daughter to help me get the pictures and get it sent back. Thank you for the refund. I’m sorry this happened.
