I live out of this thing. Have 3 more I am keeping. This is not your typical, nor even current Calphalon or other steamer. Made a few years ago when Calphalon attempted to crack the professional market. Much stronger, more attractive, more durable, yet lighter than anything made today. As stated previously, use this a lot. Just used my other ones Aug 24, 2024 to make Cantonese Shrimp in a Basket and Sizzling Shrimp. Thru the whole thing in an large 800 degree Wolf oven after steaming the shrimp and had no wear after. As I do alot. For the record dish was a success with all numerous guests. Tax WO # 2024 07 26 023
