Today that standard has been expanded and defined more specifically. eBay has lowered those standards, but this seller offered a book that met the quality, condition and the appearance of one that the book trade would regard as a new book. My only ask of ALL book sellers on eBay is, please ship books wrapped well and in a box. this book was only bubble wrapped, and is my experience the book was very lucky to have survived USPS without damage.
