I bought this item as a gift for my mother and had it delivered to her house. She literally received it in 3 to 4 days after purchase, and we live on the West Coast of the U.S. This was a second purchase. The first was from a different Seller whose product was tiny in size and not the pieces expected for the same price. This Seller's items are the softest, most beautiful, and fully accurate to the description of what she was looking for. My mother is so happy.. Highly recommend. A+++ Seller!
Not happy. Please note that the title states Tumble Rugs. Tumble are machine washable with a rubber separate backing. This rug is not it. Tumble is the brand name and they sent me a BOHO rug which is different. I messaged the seller and they want a pic of the box which proves what? It shipped from amazon and the picture and product match but it is not what i bought. i am keeping the rug, because i do not want to deal with shipping back. It is in my living room and furniture is on it already.
