Took a while to get here due to the mail, sending it to the wrong place but this buyer went beyond protocol and he sent the replacement to meet UPS. Excellent communication and shipping. As described with booklet showing different exercises . Have some other bands but less poundage I used after shoulder operation, now I wanted heavier poundage
