Item was quickly shipped. When received, the box was damaged and two brackets were cracked making the unit unusable. The seller immediately responded with several options to rectify. I ended up receiving a full refund because the cabinet could not be assembled. I would absolutely buy from this seller again! So responsive! It was not the sellers fault the item was damaged in shipping. They absolutely made things right by issuing a refund in a quick timely manner.
I ordered a bike wheel truing stand. It shipped quickly and arrived at my home a few days later. Everything came as described. It even included a small spoke wrench, which was a nice bonus. Seller pre-order communication excellent. The order shipped and delivered faster than first listed. However, though wrapped well, the item has two broken parts. I don’t think it has anything to do with shipping, just poor quality. First the bag’s zipper is broken. Then one of the poles gets stuck and does not extend all the way. See photos.
