Seller sent 2 of the wrong color chairs. They refused to accept responsibility for the mistake. I'm leaving neutral instead of negative because they did offer partial refunds. They never offered to send the correct items. They repeatedly mentioned how returning the chairs would be inconvenient. So was not having the items we ordered and storing the wrong ones. The whole process was a nightmare. The eBay money back guarantee saved me with this disaster. I do not recommend this seller.
I was truly impressed with the response I received from the seller. I reported a damaged package and missing pieces. After several exchanges we came to a mutual agreement that it wasn't cost effective for either of us to remedy the situation. I received a full refund. The seller determined it wasn't in their best interest to retrieve the item and left it to my descretion to take care of the item. Outstanding EBAY merchant!!!
This no way negative feedback, most positive, feel bad for the seller, FedEx crushed the package and torn it open, parts were missing when they just dropped it off, knowing the damage. This made the item non-usable, Seller gave me a full refund, that's an exceptional thing today, thank you, would buy from again, nothing was the seller's fault. They are the one in the end that took the loss.
