The packaging was poor considering the weight in awkwardness of the steel inside. Ultimately, it shifted around in the packaging so much that it broke through the cardboard and pieces were missing. Seller offered a partial refund. I ended up having to purchase hardware on my own. I broke roughly even but had to spend my own time and gas to get the pieces that I needed. I recommend them packaging it better for shipping in the future
Very good people to deal with. I had ordered the wrong one and had it shipped to the wrong address. They had it shipped back to them at no cost to me and ship me the right size to where I wanted it with no questions asked Linda was such a sweetheart. I recommend their service was excellent and the bed is totally awesome. I think I’ve sold several for them already two other people in my complex. Lo
As pictured and described, great price. I got lucky, or perhaps I should say seller got lucky. Received in excellent condition but shipped in just the original carton which had been opened and not resecured with anything. Just one little cardboard flap was all that held it closed. Oops!
