Shipping resonable time. Box had smashed corner the contents were fine had small scuff on one metal piece but not broken. Missing 3 pieces, a pin and a screw and wing bolt. I had clip to the pin but no pin was in frame like the other 3 were. Found at local town hardware store thankfully. Didn’t notify seller I needed frame fast and got parts myself. I was worried when I saw frame but holding strong. No feet or protectors for posts holding frame I put my own.
The shipping was very prompt and the item seems strong and supportive, however the box was missing 1 set of wing nut and wing screw. I bought a screw and nut at the hardware store that was the same size and it worked fine. The height is good for under bed storage and there are supports running both verticle and horizontal.
Wow, what an awesome frame!, It is an easy assemble and very solid, no squeaky sounds when changing sleeping positions. I'm very impressed with the whole experience of ordering and receiving. I will recommend this frame to my family and friends if they are needing an extra bed!
