Item arrived as stated, one box was kinda beat up and seller forgot to include linesets. The seller did not have them in stock so the seller partially refunded enough money for me to purchase them elsewhere. Communication was great. I also purchased a 12000 btu single zone once I installed it, I found the product to be great! Cools and heats as it should. I will be purchasing another unit in the near future. I love this brand!!!!
