The seller gave me a full refund to change my negative review. I m changing it to Neutral. This was the original review: The item itself is low quality. Things don t go together straight. The seller is just a dropshipper for vidaxl where the item is $24 cheaper. I didn t get shipping information from them until 4 days after purchase only after I contacted them. The tracking info was from German DHL, and it wasn t even working. I finally got legit tracking info 6 days after purchase.
The unit did not work when received. I requested a refund and the seller immediately responded and apologized for the problem and refunded me for the item within an hour. It wasn’t the seller’s fault the item failed but I appreciate the prompt action and would definitely recommend buying from them.
