Both styles use the same track. Front door threshold, floors, and base of elevator have some color fading. Original color pink; appears orange. Back of Purple Kitchen Back Wall Panel has some discoloration/ sun damage. 2nd floor panel has one crack on an attachment. It shouldn't effect use and will not be visible when assembled. Comes with two railings attached. 3rd floor panel differs from photo, comes with one railing attached. Cardboard pieces may have some minor wear. Note elevator is different style than in stock photo. Accessible elevator is in stock photo.
