Ive been an ebay member since 2011. This was absolutely the best experience I have encountered. Item was exactly as described , 7 or 8 dollars cheaper than any other vendor selling this product. The best thing was communication and shipping. I recieved my reel in 3 days. I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. They gave me info on who I should contact in warranty for repair. Outstanding vendor
I contacted this seller to inquire about this item because there was no available tracking, and I didn't receive it in a reasonable timeframe. This seller checked on their end, informing me it was tracked as delivered the following day and asked if I received it. When I responded that I didn't receive it and informed the seller that it was possibly delivered to the wrong address, she gave me an instant refund and stated she would investigate the issue with the carrier. Very ethical seller!!!!!!
