This is a beautiful, GREAT rocker! When I couldn't find the tab to pull the plastic to hear the dog barking, the seller responded to the email right away, with apologies- and it was my fault! It was shipped in RECORD time, for free. My youngest grandson has just turned 1, and I thought we would be rocking him for at least a few months, but he is able to rock himself! Thank you, seller, for sending this so quickly, to make it in time for his 1st birthday! It is a hit!
I had problems dealing with the postal carrier that was chosen. The seller helped me figure out the issue and helped clarify and resolve the issue after I had given up. 10/10 would recommend to any family or friends. Canadians will always be the best. Thank you once again.
No problem with the seller at all but may want to try using someone other then fed ex to deliver. Gave my package to someone that lives in the same county as i do fortunately for me it was someone i knew and was honest about it being delivered to their house
