Ive been an ebay member since 2011. This was absolutely the best experience I have encountered. Item was exactly as described , 7 or 8 dollars cheaper than any other vendor selling this product. The best thing was communication and shipping. I recieved my reel in 3 days. I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. They gave me info on who I should contact in warranty for repair. Outstanding vendor
The sliding frame was delivered quickly and in great condition. I will say that I was surprised that the artwork is not removable, so you are stuck with what is pictured. I should have asked the seller ahead of time, but I'm going to find a way to swap it out. I did reach out to the seller after the fact and they responded within an hour and gave me my answers. I'm impressed with the quality for the price, just know that you are stuck with the artwork that is shown unless you are really handy.
This feedback is more for the seller than the item. Although the item looks great and as described, I have yet to use it on my lil teacup Yorkie...😁 With that being said, the seller is an AWESOME seller and I HIGHLY recommend this seller. Although for some reason the tracking info showed that the package was shipped untracked. Other than that, I received the item sooo fast! I placed 4 orders on July 30th and I received this item on Aug 1. Highly recommend this seller!!
