The Ashcroft transducer and diaphragm seal arrived very fast thanks to UPS (unlike the USPS packages that take weeks or more). The items were as described. It's going to be a few months before they are installed and tested, but on the surface they appear to be undamaged. The seller packaged these sensitive instruments carefully. I would not hesitate to order from this Seller again.
I ordered an odd ball size tap and originally they sent the wrong one, but as soon as I messaged them they fixed it and got me to correct one quickly. I will be saving them and buying from them again as I need more taps and what not. I highly recommend them! Also it was well packaged both times. Definitely professional people that care.
The item I ordered unfortunately didn’t work , so they sent me another one ( on their dime) unfortunately, that one didn’t work either. However, they did refund me the full price. They have great communication skills and are honorable. Would deal with them again. Thank you.
