Published by The Haworth Press, New York. 5 1/4 inches wide by 8 1/4 inches tall. Yellow paper covers with black printing on spine and both covers. 166 pages. A few pictures. Condition: Cover shows very little wear, a stain on the front cover. Edges are very slightly worn, corners show little wear and one is creased. Pencilled seller notes on first cover page. Pages are tanning but still very supple. No scribings or stampings within. No pages appear to be missing. A great condition copy of this book.
