It is meant for an average size adult female wrist and is 2.625" diameter. It will expand larger to go over hand and then reduces back to original size. Each one includes a diffuser charm that has a lava bead inside. Use the included pipet to add a few drops of oil to the bead. I'm sorry, the lava bead color cannot be chosen, they are already securely inserted in the diffuser locket. The 2nd charm is your choice. Please note that additional lava beads are not included like you will see from other sellers. You will quickly learn that the diffuser lockets are not meant to be opened and closed. It wears the clasp out quickly and they won't stay closed. I have made sure mine are securely tightened. It is possible to open them but I do not recommend it. Check out my other auctions.
