Looked pretty rough when I received this. Reached out to seller because I wanted to make them aware. They responded back much faster than I expected. Said it was normal for this particular plant to not travel well. Seller advised to give it a week and plants should bounce back. These plants are in a fairly low-light tank so the bounce back was closer to two weeks. At this point we're probably pushing two months and the plants are quite healthy. Would buy from again.
This is probably around my 10th order. All the plants have been healthy and exactly as described. They're wrapped in a wet paper towel and enclosed in a zip lock bag. Shipping is fast with the plants placed in a protective bubble mailer. And judging by my past orders, they'll put the plants in a mailer box if the order is large. The amount of plants received is well-worth the price. They're very generous and appreciate their customers. Communication is good, too.
Great quality plants, the seller responds quickly and answers all questions and is great at communication. I got my plants in a timely manner and at a better deal than local pet stores. 10/10 would buy again! if it is cold out or shipping will take more than a week to arrive, I strongly suggest buying the heat pack and express delivery, $6 is not a bad price for express delivery and a heat pack compared to other sellers. I highly reccomend this seller!
