Antique faded floral print cotton large scale roses 1900 French vintage rose ro. What a beautiful large scale floral pattern! The rose pattern is GORGEOUS! This lovely heavyweight, gently ribbed cotton fabric is a French antique textile that dates to approximately 1900.The rose pattern is GORGEOUS! The ground is a lovely soft creamy white and the floral print is in shades of soft pale pink, peach, medium rosy pink, dark raspberry and a very faint light green. The stems are in a darker shade of the same leaf green... I love these colors! This fabric has a soft, smooth texture but is sturdy and would be fabulous for upholstery projects, pillows, or a romantic set of curtains! MEASUREMENTS: This lovely textile measures approximately 51 inches wide by 110 inches long CONDITION: This fabric has been left in as-found condition for collectors, but could be hand washed and hung to dry! Most of the selvage is intact on both sides; the ends are unhemmed. There is a seam running the length of this piece. There are a few tiny pinholes in this piece, as well as a few larger holes on the sides (see photos and use the zoom feature to see details).
