Great, complete, solid, functional, usable condition. Has moderate wear, couple small dings here and there, a small tack or staple in seemingly random spots but they add to its charm as a decor piece, although you may wish to remove them if intending on using. There is also one crack (see last photo) and some moderate but obvious joint separation (visible in most photos of the top), but not enough to make anything loose or dangerous. The joints have long since settled where they are and it is very solid. I do not know how old the pad is but clearly vintage. It has some discoloration/moderate burn marks, still very beautiful. I would use it as decor only, and use a different pad if intending on using the ironing board. Or use another one over the top of it. Frankly these are easier to set up and put away than most metal ones, even if technically they are more hazardous.
