  1. Package arrived early. Unfortunately, the description called it the 5-setting version when it was only the 3-setting version; I messaged the seller and he acknowledged the mistake. He was very responsive and eager to remedy the situation -- when I asked for a full refund includ. shipping, he arranged it immediately. I would have preferred to send it back to him to keep out of house, but he said it would cost him more to return. Overall a good return experience even if it was the wrong item.

  2. Seller was very thoughtful and accommodating. Shoes were some kind of shoe store return. Had a few scuffs and pills from being tried on. Seller cleaned them up like new before sending. Great interaction and experience with seller. I’m only sorry I forgot to give feedback until this long after buying. Seller is great! Shipped fast and packed securely! Great price. Great experience! Now, if only they came with the ability to make me automatically be able to do an Ollie! 😀

I would never ever ever buy from this seller again, he's unfair, I pay for the item he canceled it, and repost with shipping, so I contacted him he said it's a mistake,so he post it again and said I should repay I did,he had me waiting for days then canceled,I text him he ignored me I wish I could give a zero star. Ebay should remove these people from the site, I pay for a item two time wait and never get it. Worst experience on ebay
