  1. This sale started out Rated Neutral because Shipping was Late & Expensive, but Seller Explained problem & worked it out with me very nicely. I understood the problem then. 2 cups & saucers broke but it wasn't Sellers fault for everything wrapped individually & couldn't have been wrapped & Packed better ? Had to have been broken by UPS ?
