  1. This sale started out Rated Neutral because Shipping was Late & Expensive, but Seller Explained problem & worked it out with me very nicely. I understood the problem then. 2 cups & saucers broke but it wasn't Sellers fault for everything wrapped individually & couldn't have been wrapped & Packed better ? Had to have been broken by UPS ? Pkgs arrvd in 2 delvrs.& took time to unpk & put away w my Xmas items..Rcvd Nice Note frm Sellr, w aplgy & rfnd for Shpg being late.Will Use Seller.again,Thanks
