The pole saw was delivered WITHOUT THE BAR--the one piece needed for it to be a pole saw. Several messages back and forth, and the seller finally agreed to a 30% refund, which was about the same as a replacement bar to actually make it work. Seller complained the whole time about slim margins, and expected me to just take the loss on their behalf. In the end, it all worked out, but that's the story, and why I'm leaving neutral feedback--it could have been worse.
