The was a very pleasant purchase. Seller clearly marked what I would consider minor wear and tear. They took the time to make sure everything was shown and documented. Soundbar came well packaged and secure. Arrived within 3 days. So very fast turn around. Set the soundbar up last night. Everything is working with no complaints. Would highly recommend this seller. Item came as described, works flawlessly so far, professionally refurbished but the only part that wasn't seemingly new was the box which was slightly damaged but everything inside was perfectly intact and came as if new, great seller, good price, even has a 1 year warranty on the item, and good communication as well. A+++ all around.
