Item arrived in perfect condition and was securely packaged. Item was delivered quickly as well. Seller forgot to add screws but was very accommodating and resent the screws separately which came quickly too and included extra screws at no extra cost. Great communication and smooth transaction. For future orders the screws must be requested at time of purchase for others interested in this product. A+++ seller! It looks great on the wall!
