Seller was generous with their acceptance of my price offer, they shipped the item promptly, the description accurate. However, the shipping price was not specifically listed and was higher than expected once it was provided to me. With this in mind, the box did not come securely wrapped at the corners and were left open or broke open in transit. The item is luckily not damaged, but the quality/condition of the wrapping does not match the cost of its service. Happy with the product, ultimately.
Cancellation was due to my confusion in thinking I was purchasing a different Keen Sandal. Upon realizing quickly what I'd done I set about cancelling immediately. The seller was very good and very timely and accepted my cancellation, doing his part immediately. While I didn't end up purchasing from this Seller, should he ever have what I'd be looking for, I would certainly consider purchasing. The shoes are very nice. The description was accurate. They were clean and packaged very well. The shipping cost was reasonable. The time between my having ordered them and when they actually shipped mad me a little nervous, but I am overall really pleased with this transaction and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again.
