Ended up not needing it and the seller provided a full refund. There was an issue with the tracking, apparently his post office didn't scan it into their system and I was concerned that it had not been given to them but today it arrived so I returned it.
Item was as advertised and shipped in a timely manner. The box was well packed in what appeared to be the original box. I would strongly recommend labeling USPS haz-mat with the appropriate lithium sticker, but that is the business of the USPS, not mine.
