I ordered this item and it delivers in 2 separate packages that may not arrive same time. such was the case with me, except, at no known fault of the seller, I never received the second package. It got lost between order fulfillment & shipping. Seller attempted to replace missing package but was unable at this time and offered a full refund. Shipped quickly and received as described. Works great. This is our third unit. The first was from target and lasted one week. We returned it and ordered another and it was supposed to be new, but it was an open item and defective. This one was packed well. Better quality was obvious right out of the box, and works great.
