I received the item, brand new & in the box, really quickly! Unfortunately, I apparently didn’t read the item description well enough or only saw what I wanted to see because I was looking for an instant pot specifically. I didn’t realize this wasn’t an instant pot. This one looked great, I didn’t use it. I just returned it. I wanted to go w/the trusted brand. The seller quickly sent me a return label & I am expecting the refund shortly. Everything w/the seller was great! Too bad it wasn’t an IP
