You enjoy Carving....This *Beautiful & Strong STUNNER* of a diamond willow. Some measurements & additional information: 71-1/4 inches....rare find at this length. Around 30 Skinny diamond shapes spread nicely throughout....Very Impressive. I removed a bark to show a glimpse of the beauty below. Diameters average about 2-1/8 inches at the top & about 1-3/4 inche at the bottome end. Rock hard, strong, & extra supportive....probably not for the weak. No one will mess with the user of this staff. It appears to have highly sought after spalted wood or darkened streaks in the wood grains that'll look Magnificent once finished. Weighs about 5 lb. 10 oz. Some clearing in places towards the top for some Wood Spirit carvings if desired. Dried & ready to be carved & finished. Bark is firmly attached. Sure to be a Crowd Pleaser with all it's Colorful character! ***Due to its size, this piece could be considered for a number of other wood working projects: EX: table lamps, furniture, plant stand, coat rack, taxidermy, etc....
