i have not opened the box yet however as you can see by the photos fedex has managed to totally destroy the box. Typical of fedex and seeing as the arms of the sweeper are sticking out of the box i am going to assume there is damage to the product but i will update once i get it open. As far as the shipper is concerned the package was sent out within 8 hours of purchase. It is a shame that fedex could ruin a 5 star review.
