Exceptional seller: excellent price, shipped quickly, item as described & pictured (& actually NEW). Packaging could be improved. Tiny damage to corners of base plate where box failed in shipping. Also, seller replied (in less than 12 hours each time) to multiple messages to answer questions, & offer user manual. Unit functions on test fixture. Not yet tested in real machine at full power. As of the moment, I would buy again (but I need warmer weather to install & test ...). Thank You !
Item arrived totally broken, seller offered a 30% discount (it doesn’t work so what good does that do me?), could not provide parts for repair. Item has to go to trash. They made their money and I lost 70% of mine, not happy but the seller at least communicated. I don’t recommend the item, a repair shop told me it was missing internal parts in the control value, obviously there was no individual quality check performed.
The price was reasonable , shipping time was good and headlight was packed very well. The only issue was the description stated ( and saved in my screenshots) that the hi / lo beam bulb was included--- there was no bulb in that location. Aside from that issue all else was good
