Item arrived. Seller responded to all my emails. Item new, just as described. OVERALL VERY PLEASED. It took several days to get tracking info and item said "delivered" the night before it was delivered, so I thought it wasn't coming. It sure DID tho and only one day after estimated delivery time. I'm COMPLETELY HAPPY with my thermal lable printer AND the SELLER. WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN. Thank you.

The flag is still in the package because I haven't had time to get it on my outdoor flagpole, but the brand's reputation means it should be a quality flag.
