The clock and the shipping were fine. It is a little misleading to say "The brightness of the display can be adjust to 1-100 level" when in fact there are just 5 levels. That's adequate, but not what the description says. More troubling is the fact that I purchased the item from eBay to avoid Amazon, but the package was in fact shipped by Amazon. That tells me the seller is not actually carrying the item, but using arbitrage to make his profit. Legal but not nice. Now you know.
Didn't end up receiving the item but I had a very positive experience with the seller's customer service and communication. The seller promptly informed me of an error made related to shipping and immediately issued a refund without any work on my part. They even let me know that if I received the item, I could keep it for free. I will happily buy from them again because of their great customer service!
Great replacement filter and gaskets for a 6-cup bialetti cafetiere. Mine arrived in a beaten-down box taped together at the sides, not great. The outer packaging (mailer) was fine and undamaged. The items inside the damaged box were new. Despite selling for less through official distributors, taking into account shipping and convenience, this is great value.
