The seller was responsive of any questions the shipping was horrible this seller needs to use a company that the tracking is actually working said our package was in New York then 3 hrs later in Wyoming and delivered on a Sunday which nothing is delivered on Sunday at the post office if you order from this seller just be patient for delivery it took 11 days to get , the product was great once we received it
The item was correctly advertised, well packed and communication will seller was great. However the seller is using Q tracking which fasly stated the item was delivered causing a problem. No delivery attempt was made. The item finally showed the next day. Horrible tracking system.
I'm leaving positive feedback even though the item is a gift and won't be Removed from the box for 10 days. Communication was good. Item got mixed up and was late because of ups and Amazon. Box was in good shape.
