I received the item in a good enough time frame. However, when I opened it up it was a gray color instead of the cocoa brown that I was expecting. The picture on the site showed it to be cocoa brown and I believe I read carefully enough to know that I was going to get a cocoa brown item. I did reach out to the seller and and am now awaiting the information for sending the item back. It has been a few days so I am going to reach out to the seller again.
These are not 13" snare wires, they are 14". Fortunately, I have a 14" snare that can use them. They are new, but just shipped in the clear oem packaging like I just pulled it off the store rack. No envelope. Item arrived before tracking info was even posted, and I got notified 2 days later that it was delivered, so a bit of a lag there. Item was priced reasonably.
