First shipment was lost in shipping. Shipper reported the package empty and contents missing. Seller shipped a replacement after I contacted them. Received the new shipment in a clear bag with a zip opening. I can see how easily the contents could "go missing". Product could be packaged better in my opinion. Communication was okay. I do like the weights!
