It arrived on time, the package was a bit rough but still looked fine at first glance. However, upon further inspection, it appears the outlets on what is meant to be the top section are not as they should be according to the image. As you can see in the image the outlets are right side up with a USB/C port on right side. Mine is upside down with ports on the left. So, no matter what, I'll have upside down outlets on the top of my desk regardless of how I mount it to my desk.

Now this is shopping done right my package wasn't showing up any where on my property and couldn't gain any help from my local post office and when confronted on the matter this seller was more then willing to have given me a refund good and honest replies plus got back to me on good timing it was amazing that they had sent me a separate package with the same thing in it this is the type of seller we need in times of misplaced items
