Initially I had a shipping issue that was not sellers fault. I asked seller what size the package was because it was marked delivered and I could not find it anywhere. i received the items they did not fit my fault contact the seller he was very helpful in getting me information on the return policy he was very nice and understanding sent me information and instructions to send them back this seller is A+ i saved his info going to look at other items he sells will buy from him again
Got exactly the Pencils I wanted and fast shipping BUT the SHIPPING BAG CHOICE was TERRIBLE. the product box was ripped and pencils falling out of the box! I think the seller could have at least applied clear tape to the box opening points to ensure safer arrival.
