I love the vacuum. Unfortunately the shipper really buggered the unit up. I contacted them and they did bend over backwards to have it picked back up and returned. They also gave me immediate refund. Although this sale fell thru I must compliment the seller for doing such a good job working with me. Thank you
Arrived lickety split and as advertised; this is my 2nd one from the same seller this summer and both times I was surprised to see they were unopened boxes from Home Depot and the packing slips with my name & address were from Home Depot (you can't beat that).
It's unfortunate that the package was unable to be received because of a transport error, as it's one of the only eBay sellers to offer it. good communication with the seller despite everything
